He’s friendly, enthusiastic, and still learning his manners (jumping = excitement, not rudeness). Ozzy knows his name and basic commands, is nearly house-trained, crate-trained for short periods, and eager to keep learning with a patient, consistent owner.
Ozzy isn’t a full-time snuggler yet, but he likes being near his people and keeping tabs on the action. He’ll thrive in an active home with a fenced yard, no stairs, and humans who appreciate a bold, goofy spirit with tons of potential.
